Les exercices d’application manquent d’outils (difficile de réaliser une VSM en partant d’une page blanche en 15 minutes).Les formules à appliquer dans Excel ne sont pas forcément explicitées en amont des exercices ce qui entraîne un tâtonnement lors de ma mise en pratique en petits groupes. The training was very interesting. Habib gave us a lot of examples to illustrate the strength of Six Sigma and was very happy to share. During the presentation, I sometimes got a bit lost because before explaining the main principle of each method, Habid gave us detailed examples of application. To make it easier for me to understand, it would have been easier for me to start with a general explanation of each tool/step, etc.

That said, our trainer was fantastic and used as many examples as possible, given the time constraints and limitations of the workshop. The trainer knows his subject inside out and has a great deal of experience, which enables him to explain certain sometimes vague theories using concrete examples. On the course material, some of the slides are too short on information and a few words or details are missing, but the trainer was able to fill in the gaps.

The exercises were good, but my problem was that it wasn't possible to do any practical work because Minitab has to be paid for and installed on the workstations. Everything was in demo/animation format, so it was difficult to concentrate properly all the time and to get to grips with the methods. This was compensated for by the repetition of numerous exercises.
