The trainer was very educational and dynamic, making the training enjoyable despite the fact that not everything was applicable to my day-to-day tasks. This made it easier to understand the tasks of certain colleagues. The group exercises were great for getting a practical understanding of the theories presented during the training. Perhaps adding an exercise of this type to the training could be interesting. Thanks in any case!

A bit of time wasted setting up (due to the tool) - long time spent on an exercise (positive point) but despite the explanation aspect. A lot of new concepts in terms of tools

Having recently taken up a new position in the project management department, this training course fully met my expectations. The difficulty lies in integrating this into my day-to-day work, as the 'agile' approaches within my company are varied.

The course content is very interesting, but the training plan seems a little vague for neophytes who don't do basic project management... you move from one subject to another without necessarily understanding the link between each part.

There were too many people in the group and there was quite a big difference in level between the participants: beginners found themselves with people who were already well advanced on the subject.

Very in-depth training, would certainly benefit from an extra day, or a division into Agile beginner 2 days and Agile advanced 2 days, with more examples, and perhaps starting the description of SCRUM with the events, with a specific example for each, with a glossary.

It was easier to understand the agile method through the practical case study carried out on Day 2. The scrolling of slides on Day 1 to present the theoretical aspect of the method tended to make the subject and its understanding more complex. The video to be viewed is a good example because it is concrete. As for the Scrum booklet, it's difficult to understand and should be adapted so as not to lose the trainee.

sometimes a little too dense on the theoretical parts but to allow practice with Jira so maybe it should lengthen the training a little (or lighten the last parts which are sometimes generalities on change management for example).

The speaker was very pleasant and educational, and introduced the concepts very well. On the other hand, I'm finding it harder to see how I could adapt these precepts to my everyday life, as I work alone for 99% of my time. The material could be a little less concise.

The balance between practice and theory was interesting and engaging, but the first day's exercise wasn't very advanced/interesting and was mostly done in many other contexts. Given that it took up an entire afternoon, I think the time allocated to it should be reduced to focus on other more important aspects.

The trainer is very human and a very good teacher. The exercises and examples used are easy to understand and integrate into the method. The different sections are perfectly broken down and detailed.
