The only problem is the practical side, which requires a lot of imagination in subjects that you don't know, perhaps give more puzzle pieces for the exercises? The same goes for the Miro sharing tool, which isn't necessarily intuitive for everyone, especially if you don't know the people you're doing the activities with, and there's no direct point in working together, etc.

The trainer wasn't very attentive and didn't always understand the purpose of my questions, and I was prevented from asking any when I was trying to understand things in concrete terms and relate them to my day-to-day life. So it was too theoretical. Sometimes I asked questions and got nothing in return: no answer, and the trainer carried on as if nothing had happened: I found this attitude bordering on disrespectful. It's a great pity.

Very rich content but very, very messy. All the information was given in the first few hours without the support of the documentation, which didn't allow me to jump on the bandwagon and see a methodology from A to Z. I'll have to rely on the documentation, which is very well done, to be able to go back and see how to apply this in the company. What's more, the trainer's comments were sometimes inappropriate, which doesn't foster an environment of trust.
