Intended audience
IT technicians and professionals wishing to specialize in the management of computer systems and networks.
Prerequisites
Hold a level 4 professional qualification or a baccalaureate, and/or have 1 to 2 years' professional experience in the sector or field.
Certification
The skills block is validated by means of a simulated situation. The assessment must take place in a context involving the integration of hardware components, the installation of equipment, the deployment or migration of a computer park, the establishment of network interconnections, virtualization and migration to cloud servers, the securing of computer workstations, the use of reporting tools, and the deployment of mobile terminals. Each skill involves specific tasks such as compliance with security standards, management of access rights, and reporting. The aim is to guarantee an optimized, secure IT infrastructure tailored to the company's needs.

- Understand the different sectors, organizations and professions in the IT industry.
- Understand the main IT infrastructures and architectures.
- Identify the main safety risks.
2 PC support, maintenance and configuration
- Know the different characteristics of computer components.
- Install and uninstall each computer component.
- Set up a mini network with shared resources.
- Implement a methodology for diagnosing and troubleshooting components.
3 Windows 11, deployment and security
- Positioning Windows 11 in Microsoft's offering.
- Know the different versions and hardware requirements.
- Installing and upgrading Windows 11.
- Manage licenses and the authentication process.
- Learn about the main security features of Windows 11.
- Manage and move encrypted files.
- Manage user account rights (ACLs).
- Master the Windows 11 firewall and its advanced functions.
4 Introduction to networks
- Know the different network equipment.
- Understand the importance of the TCP/IP protocol.
- Set up a physical network: workstation, router, switch, DNS, DHCP.
- Understand the main protocols and services: TCP/IP, UDP, ARP, HTTP, HTTPS.
5 Windows 2022, Active Directory implementation and administration
- Install Windows Server 2022 in its various versions.
- Deploy and operate Windows Admin Center.
- Install and deploy Active Directory.
- Configure network services and storage.
- Deploy Active Directory Domain Services under Windows Server 2022.
- Perform routine administration tasks via interfaces and PowerShell.
- Deploy GPOs to administer workstations and servers.
- Backup and restore Active Directory.
6 Windows 2016, virtualization with Hyper-V
- Install and configure Hyper-V 2016.
- Create and administer virtual machines under Hyper-V.
- Configure virtual machine replicas.

7 Microsoft Azure, implementation and Microsoft Intune
- Describe the components of the Microsoft Azure architecture.
- Create and configure virtual machines in Microsoft Azure.
- Implement storage solutions.

8 Mobile platforms and applications, technical solutions
- Understand the different types of mobile applications.

- Know the vulnerabilities and threats of information systems.
- Understand the role of various safety equipment.
- Design and implement an appropriate security architecture.
- Implement the main network security measures.
10 Excel, reporting and dashboards
- Select and prepare data for analysis.
- Implement techniques for cross-referencing several data tables.
- Use Excel's conditional and advanced functions.
- Create reporting based on pivot tables and segments.

They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
