Creating Content-Driven Business Documents (DOCS)

Designing effective business documents focused on content and usage

New course

Creating business documentation is a complex process that relies not only on the work of the writer(s) but also on the support of digital tools that separate—while simultaneously coordinating—content from form. The document organization strategy, content reuse, and the variety of distribution formats all work together to support the document lifecycle. This training is designed to familiarize participants with an approach that prioritizes content over form. Additional concepts are presented to help participants adopt such a strategy. These concepts are illustrated through practical exercises to ensure they are fully understood and applied.
