Thank you to Maryam for adapting so well to the group and its dynamics, and for challenging us in such a supportive way. I’m leaving feeling more confident about facilitating co-development groups and implementing them within my organisation.

The practical exercises are very much appreciated; they really help to cement the concepts and make you feel confident about applying them afterwards. Bonus: a debrief and feedback session after each exercise. We were lucky enough to be in a small group of four, which helped with this too. We strayed slightly from the programme at times, but the topics were interesting so no complaints there. Mariam HOUSNI’s dynamic and engaging delivery really put us at ease: a big thank you!

Maryam HOUSNI is smiling and dynamic, which helps to create a pleasant and motivating atmosphere. Her commitment and desire to help the group progress are undeniable and much appreciated. For future sessions, she could perhaps improve her effectiveness by giving less of an impression of "lecturing" and giving more emphasis to listening actively to the participants, in order to adapt the content to their needs.

Super training that met my expectations. Great facilitation, thanks to Maryam. I know I'm ready to run a CODEV on my own, although I do regret that the training was distance learning.
