A very interesting and comprehensive training course combining theory and practical examples, which provides an understanding of the mediation process. However, given the density of the content, two days seem too short and do not allow for an in-depth exploration of all the concepts.

Too packed into two days; constructive discussions with other participants and the trainer

An excellent trainer who draws on a wide range of sources to explain her subject in various ways. A well-structured course framework. I would have liked, at times, to have been able to explore the personal examples in a little more depth. Nevertheless, the practical case studies help to illustrate many theoretical concepts.

Very interesting content: lots of applicable concepts and theory. The subject of mediation is well covered! However, I found that there was too much theory... it sometimes went a bit fastAlso, I would have liked to have seen more concrete examples of mediation (and not just coaching).

Too much content over 2 days. Would like to see more balance between the 2 days and more practical application from day 1.

The objective of knowing what mediation is and how it works has been achieved. I didn't have any expectations regarding the use of mediation tools with managers and I feel that this took up too much space to the detriment of practical exercises on how to conduct mediation.

The course is very interesting but the content on the first day is really dense. Some of the concepts are covered very quickly, so it's hard to assimilate all the information. The exercises were great.
