Hands-on work
Edutainment exercises based on the logic of an escape game.
Teaching methods
Active, participative teaching methods. Group discussions, feedback, exercises in applying different communication techniques. Collaborative exercises such as "escape game".

Analyze team dynamics
Master the basic principles of group dynamics.
Identify the fundamental conditions for teamwork.
Analyze team collaboration (standards, coordination, communication).
Develop your team's collective intelligence.
Group discussion
Analysis of the main difficulties encountered by managers in the rest of the group. Feedback and modeling of best practices.

Learn to position yourself as a leader
Strengthen team cohesion.
Understand the main differences between a leader and a chef.
Define the essential components of leadership.
Assert yourself as a leader through the 5 fundamental functions of leadership.
Role-playing
Simulation of speaking in front of a team, with progressive integration of disruptive elements. Group debriefing on observed behaviors.

Experience and analyze the collaborative process
Deconstruct representations of the collaborative phenomenon.
Learn to work together using the mechanics of an escape game.
Analyze factors favoring and hindering collaboration.
Exercise
Typical exercises "escape game": the box and the symbol race.

Unleash your team's collective intelligence
Identify the conditions required for collective intelligence to emerge.
Acting on the manager's levers: instilling a common culture, developing the ability to speak out.
Make decisions based on group input.

PREREQUISITES
Manage a team of employees.
TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS
The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TEACHING AIDS AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES • The main teaching aids and instructional methods used in the training are audiovisual aids, documentation and course material, hands-on application exercises and corrected exercises for practical training courses, case studies and coverage of real cases for training seminars.
• At the end of each course or seminar, ORSYS provides participants with a course evaluation questionnaire that is analysed by our instructional teams.
• A check-in sheet for each half-day of attendance is provided at the end of the training, along with a course completion certificate if the trainee attended the entire session.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
