I enjoyed the content because it allowed me to see tools I was already familiar with from a different perspective, whilst also discovering new ones. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises. Through these exercises, I was able to tackle the tasks and their challenges, and also see the facilitator put the concepts explained into practice.
