Many of the tools presented here deserve to be explored in greater detail. There are several avenues to explore in the coming weeks.

The teaching is excellent; the tutor takes the time to explain the concepts, which makes them quite easy to grasp. As is often the case, a little more practical application would be a bonus.

Too much theory/repetition/overwhelming (introduction too long, explanations sometimes too rushed) => introduction = explain briefly using visuals and then move on to the concepts. More theory: at least 2 hours a day. Given my diverse background in ‘managerial leadership’, I was hoping to find solutions for managing the variety of project and product management approaches (Cycle V, Agile, ITIL, etc.)A very comprehensive course, and the toolkit is very thorough and excellent

Day 1 was too theoretical in my opinion, with very detailed explanations of the Safe method, which is particularly difficult to access if you don't have any knowledge of the pre-requisites. I think we should go into less detail (roles, terminology, etc.) and concentrate on the state of mind. The use of the Mural board is a good idea for making this distance learning course more dynamic.

The course covers a lot of theory and tools to be tested, which are skimmed over with no time for in-depth study or appropriation. The practical part is limited. Use of technical jargon in the materials, which can quickly confuse the uninitiated (PO, UX backlog, etc.). There is a lack of concrete examples to illustrate the proposed methods.

A theoretical section on 'lean, scrum, safe project management' that was useless for me. I would have liked to dig deeper into priority management and metal time evaluation.
