Very good training, which I'd recommend to my colleagues even if they're not managers. I find that it helps you to know more about yourself and who manages you. There aren't many exercises but those that are used allow you to move on to each subject with ease. Overall, I feel that there is a certain balance throughout the course and I also think that the role of the trainer (Thomas) plays a big part in the atmosphere of the course through the "fun" of the exercises.

Very good training, the explanations on a whiteboard really help you to understand, and so does the sharing of anecdotes.
