Comprehensive course, with lots of concepts to assimilate. The balance between theory and practice is well balanced, but perhaps a glossary of the key words used would be useful.

The alternation between theory and practice, on modules/knowledge that were probably difficult to deal with, is very appreciable. The knowledge acquired enabled me to gain a better grasp of corporate strategy, of which I only mastered a small part. Special mention must be made of the trainer, who was very dynamic and knew how to put forward the different answers to get us to converge on the right approach, or one of them.

Hello, the course is particularly dense and interesting, and would perhaps benefit from a little more time spent on global application, with the development of a strategy for a fictitious company, in order to anchor the concepts and associated know-how even more firmly. I was very interested in the Leadership section, but in my opinion it is less relevant to the theme than the rest of the programme.

The overall content was very interesting, although some of the concepts were covered very quickly at times, but overall it was satisfactory. The trainer's delivery was excellent. My main area for improvement would be to spend perhaps a little less time on reviewing the concepts and notions seen the day before.
