Très bonne formation. Nous étions un petit groupe (6) et je pense que c’était l’idéal pour pouvoir pratiquer et se faire des retours. La formatrice était dynamique et nous a apporté des pistes d’amélioration et des méthodes adaptés à nos métiers. J’ai apprécié qu’on ne reste pas forcément focalisé sur la présentation mais qu ece soit une discussion
