The training content is good, but it would be interesting to make the material more interactive (video, role-playing, relaxation exercises on the first few days such as a morning ritual, etc.) and to lighten up the content of the slides with bullet points, for example, rather than whole written paragraphs. There's also sometimes redundancy in the slides presented.
