  • The notion of “waste”.

Participants discuss initiatives taken within their companies (reasons why they failed or succeeded). The seven wastes at Toyota: Searching for two forms of waste in what they do.

Contenu très intéressant. L’animateur a une façon très pédagogique d’introduire les sujets en faisant se poser des questions aux participants et donc en les entrainant dans une réflexion active, ce qui améliore la compréhension des sujets et permet de fixer les concepts.
