Mastering and deploying specific mentoring tools

  • Elements that foster a relationship of trust between mentor and mentee.
  • The mentor's posture: ensuring the transmission of knowledge, motivating and challenging the mentee.

the fact that I'm not satisfied has nothing to do with the content itself, it's just that this course wasn't adapted to my needs I think that a prerequisite would have been a good idea, because it's a course aimed more at HR or managers and I didn't feel at all at my place
