Implications of the CSR approach to procurement

  • The ISO 26000 standard and the seven core questions.
  • Impacts of CSR deployment on purchasing policy and strategies.
  • Responsible purchasing approaches: environmentally sound, fair trade, solidarity purchases, etc.
  • The guidelines of the ISO 20400 standard "Sustainable Procurement".
Case study
Identify the themes covered in a sustainable procurement approach based on the purchasing policies of several organizations. Fun quiz on the different approaches to sustainable procurement.

Preparing the process: diagnosis and roadmap

  • Mapping CSR issues and risks by procurement and supplier families.
  • Prioritizing based on the company's commitments, the CSR issues of the purchasing family, and the supplier.
