An excellent course, in terms of both the content, adherence to the schedule, the quality of the discussions, and the very open and constructive exchanges. I would recommend this course with Christele in a heartbeat! The small group of three encourages open discussion.

A training course that enabled me to refresh my knowledge of procurement and, above all, to build on it by gaining an understanding of the role of CSR within a procurement professional’s remit. The discussions between the trainer and the participants were very enriching, with plenty of practical examples and some very interesting feedback.

Very dynamic event. There were a lot of us from our company, which may have created an imbalance for the other 2 people, even though we were inclusive. Our level of knowledge on the subject wasn't uniform between the 3 companies either.the exercises could be more specific, only the last one seemed really useful to me for application in my current company.the course materials were vague.

Documentation: the examples of documents (charters, ethical codes, etc.) are taken from the AI. The trainer's experience would enable her to present concrete examples written by herself rather than generated by AI. Apart from this point, the training was good, with a good balance between theory and practice.

Interesting and relevant participative teaching, practical case studies to put into practice and adapted to our contexts. On the other hand, there was a lot of greenwashing during the course itself, and exercise materials from companies that are not very recommendable in terms of CSR, an approach to responsibility that stops at the first stage of the lesser-worst alternative without going all the way to look for other ways of consuming and buying, which is a shame, with few examples.

Very comprehensive training on both the regulatory and practical aspects. Valuable tools and resources. A trainer who masters his subject well. There was perhaps too much theory, and some parts were too long. Suitable for buyers, but less suitable for those who are involved in purchasing but don't have the position.
