Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Understanding tender documents
Draw up an accurate estimate and invoice
Understanding the purchase order mechanism

Intended audience
Management assistants, sales representatives and billing and accounting departments involved in public procurement.

No special knowledge required.

Active, participative teaching methods. Alternating theory/practice with application to the context and experience of participants.

DCE : Understanding the importance of contract documents

  • Financial appendix (BPU, DPGF).
  • CCAP and acte d'engagement.
Hands-on work
Document analysis of a case study throughout the course.

Ordering in public procurement

  • Draw up a quotation in line with the financial appendix.
  • Purchase order mechanism.
Hands-on work
Preparation of quotations based on the case studies used throughout the course.

Billing a public institution

  • Identify mandatory information and draw up the right invoice.
  • Send your invoice to Chorus pro after the service has been performed.
Hands-on work
Drafting of an invoice as part of the case study that runs throughout this training course.
