Hello, The trainer was excellent and of a high standard. However, the supporting materials are not up to scratch, as the translation is rather rough. And sometimes there is no translation at all.

The trainer is very knowledgeable and a good teacher; however, the slides were not always translated from English in the best possible way, which sometimes led to misunderstandings.

Lots of theory and slides. A lack of practical activities, and no real-life case studies based on project experience. A few tips and best practices, and some shared personal experiences, but these were rather limited. Otherwise, the session was well run.

There aren’t many exercises, and they could do with being more interactive. The course material is quite dense, but the trainer’s delivery is excellent and makes the content easier to take in.

The materials translated from English contain a few omissions and some rather unclear translations. The time allocated to each one is too short, but this is in keeping with the duration of the course, which is very intensive. It would benefit from being longer.

It has fulfilled my aim of providing a refresher on the basics for a project manager. It’s a neutral resource that helps you step outside your area of expertise. On the downside, the use of English terms – and even slides that are 100 per cent in English – introduces jargon and makes it harder to understand.

Dominique, the trainer, is brilliant! He makes sure we understand every step and knows his subject inside out. However, the constant use of ‘Franglish’ in the course materials, the mixing of Scrum and Agile PM terminology, is very confusing, and the slides are disorganised. It’s a bit of a pain… I also find that the certification questions are a far cry from the course material. The certification questions are more philosophical than ‘technical’. Which makes it even more complicated with this co

The training session was very well run. The trainer was effective. Regarding the content: a few adjustments to the wording of the slides would be necessary, as some sentences have not been accurately translated from English. This makes them difficult to understand.

Concrete application cases or examples of projects, problems, etc. would have been interesting (e.g. the development of an app for such and such a customer, there was such and such a problem, how it could have been avoided, what role it came from, etc.). Rather than group work, which wasn't very relevant, I found.

The support perhaps lacks a little detail between what is said orally and what is written on it. This would be to find out the importance of the phases, products and roles, because in the mock exams we see formulations that are not covered on the physical support (useful for re-reading in the evening). Apart from that, if notes are taken during the training it makes up for it.

Interesting content, I was able to discover a new AGILE Framework. I knew about SCRUM and I work with my client in SAFe, but I didn't know about DSDM. I would have liked a slightly more conversational format, giving the floor more often to students to use concrete examples based on their experiences. I would have liked a bit more practice. The presenter listened and was full of good advice.
