Very little interactivity, very little adaptation to the audience. The trainer obviously knows her subject very well, but often got lost in points of detail that were probably of more interest to the buyers than to the candidate companies.

This course (I may be wrong) is geared more towards the buyer than the candidate. I was expecting to go into more detail on how to respond to a tender, how to draw up documents, how to ensure they were complete, the essential elements to provide and the points to watch out for to avoid the classic pitfalls. I thought I would come away from this course feeling more at ease and better equipped to respond to tenders. No exercisesI'd like to stress: dynamic trainer

It's a shame we had to speed up at the end

Very good and interesting training. The trainer was very competent: she gave precise examples and was very knowledgeable about the code and the GCC's. However, I would have liked to see a few more links and/or references to the article when a subject was explained.

The presentation of the different types of procedures is not developed. It is based on contract value thresholds and is discussed on the second day. It would be good if this were placed at the beginning of the course.

The content of the course was very interesting and comprehensive, and our trainer was able to explain each issue clearly and took the time to answer our questions in depth.

the workshop questions are too open-ended. it would be better to work on specific cases.

It would have been useful to have more examples of case law, particularly in relation to summary proceedings.

The workshops could be run differently or with more explanation beforehand. A case study could be interesting.
