A brilliant trainer – funny, with plenty of experience in testing; he listens carefully to what we say and adapts to our specific situations – absolutely top-notch!

I think it would be better not to use the CTFL mock exam examples in the training course. This effectively takes away a valuable resource for independent practice before sitting the certification exam. In my view, the training course would be of greater value if it offered original exercises or exams – not available to the public – that are modelled on the GASQ.

A very useful and practical course, combining key concepts, technical topics and complex real-life scenarios. A good trainer with effective teaching skills, who listens to the students and is willing to ‘dig deep’ to answer our questions. Area for improvement: Perhaps focus a little more on business-style projects, covering everything from setting up the testing strategy through to delivery and CI/CD, right up to the maintenance phase.

The content and teaching were really excellent; I learnt a great deal. I was able to put into words what I see and do in the field, and thus gain a broader perspective on the work I carry out. Having already worked in automation, this course has enabled me to take a critical look at my work or, conversely, to feel more confident in the direction I’m taking. In both cases, the course has given me a solid (theoretical) foundation on which to plan for the future.

Very theoretical, I don't feel that enough time has been allocated to each part of the programme. You go over a lot of things without going into detail, and sometimes you're not sure you've understood everything.

I would have liked more alternation between the course and the exercises, which would have given the training more rhythm. (On the ISTQB side, the translations from English into French sometimes make it difficult to understand, and as with Foundation, there are still questions and answers that are more like riddles, which is quite annoying.

Very friendly trainer who encouraged interaction. Nevertheless, 2 and a half days are not enough to assimilate such a dense and technical course. A lot of concepts were skimmed over (lack of time), which didn't help prepare for the exam. In addition, some free revision time would be welcome (not including evenings at ....).

The instructor was clear and answered all our questions. But what was unsatisfactory was the time - 2 and a half days is not at all sufficient for such a course, and what's more, we only took one mock exam, which meant we didn't revise. We finished the course at 3.00 pm, but the exam started at 3.30 pm, which isn't logical at all! the trainer's course was structured according to the questions on this mock exam, and so taking another exam is a far cry from what we expected.

Course support needs to be reviewed, no mnemonics during the course, lots of time wasted on pointless exercises such as forcing us to use a tool (Katalon) => waste of time.Hesitating on the answers to the questions and indicating that several answers are possible but it's the ISTQB, only one choice possible.Short support very different from the exam, lots of things not seen during the course + course support.
