Very good trainer, it just wasn't a course for me at my level, and yet Yohan managed to catch me up but it was still difficult at the end, I couldn't finish the exercise. But I really enjoyed the course, it gave me a lot of valuable information.

The course covered some interesting points, but lacked structure and depth. The practical exercises were not sufficiently adapted to facilitate the application of the concepts.

I'd like to thank you for this training course, which I enjoyed sharing with the other participants, even though I sometimes found it difficult to follow the trainers' explanations, which I found a bit muddled. I didn't feel that the content was really suited to my current role and responsibilities in the company.

Refreshing knowledge, structuring strategic commercial thinking. Small detail on the PPT support: make the characters larger on certain slides (think of the fifties ;-) Very varied professions. See if inter-company training courses could bring together businesses in the same sector, to deal with common issues.

Superb training, always illustrated by example. More practical exercises would make it even easier to prepare, but the 2-day course limits the exercise!

Hello,The instructor was very professional and maintained a good dynamic throughout the course. However, I found that the number of companies registered for the session was too large. This limited the possibility of personalised support, despite the interesting exchanges between participants. The wide variety of business sectors and company sizes made it difficult to go into specific cases in depth.
