Although the content of the programme is in line with what I expected in the end, I was expecting a lot more concrete examples of brands (disruptive or not) in terms of customer and brand experience, shared storytelling elements that work, etc. The support is also very text-heavy, so thanks to France for her kindness and adaptability! :-)

Very good teaching methods and took the time to answer questions and personalise examples to suit our jobs. Also, a very good point: the action plan after the training which enabled us to plan how to use and implement what we had learned in our company.

Very interesting, well-structured and fast-paced training. Gérald led the 2 days with fluidity and dynamism, which made learning a pleasure. The concrete examples and interactive discussions made for a particularly rich experience. I'm leaving with tools that can be directly applied in my day-to-day professional life.
