Having just come from another management training course, I found some of the topics redundant.perhaps space the courses out a bit more.Dynamic trainerThe -s: first half-day was all theoryParticipants with issues that were too far apart: see about doing in-company training to study common problemsPersonally, I'm more in favour of face-to-face training.

Christian provides good information and makes himself available to answer questions. However, as the participants come from very different backgrounds, there is sometimes a loss of rhythm in the practical sessions.

Distance learning is quite complex for this type of course. Christian did a good job. I would have liked to have seen a few more exercises in a separate room, in particular to create a bit more of a link with the other learners.

Unfortunately, this course did not fully meet my expectations. The group was heterogeneous, with several participants having significant difficulties with IT tools, and a lot of time was spent trying to make up for these shortcomings. Christian had to adapt, which unfortunately had an impact on the progress of the programme, forcing him to skim over certain concepts because of the beginner level of some of the participants.
