An excellent course! The content is perfectly structured and covers the entire BABOK without ever becoming overwhelming. In terms of teaching methodology, the balance between pure theory and real-world case studies allows you to immediately apply concepts that can sometimes be very abstract. The trainer brought business analysis techniques to life. I feel fully equipped for my day-to-day work and confident about the exam.

This training course was particularly informative and interesting. The content was clear, well-structured and provided genuinely useful knowledge. The trainer was also attentive and answered our questions. A very positive experience that I would recommend.

The slides can be a bit theoretical at times, but the trainer’s practical explanations and real-world examples help to put things into context. Perhaps a bit more context could be provided on the relationship between the BA, the project and the organisation, and the various roles the BA can play, right from day one.
