A very interesting but dense subject, covering many different aspects. This course would benefit from being spread over more days (at least three) to allow more time for practical work and to consolidate the knowledge gained. Similarly, the more marketing-oriented aspect of the business plan was covered rather briefly due to a lack of time (there were no practical exercises on this).

The content on the second day was quite dense; it would be worth covering the rationale behind the business plan more briefly and focusing more on the business plan exercises from the very first day. The teaching was excellent.
