Très intéressant mais sujet dense, beaucoup d’aspects abordés. Cette formation mériterait d’être dispensée sur plus de jours (au moins 3 jours) pour pouvoir laisser plus de temps à la pratique et ancrer les savoirs acquis. De même, l’aspect plus marketing du business plan a été un peu plus survolé par manque de temps (pas de cas pratique dessus).

Contenu assez dense le 2ème jour, mérite de passer plus rapidement sur le pourquoi du business plan et accentuer les exercices sur le BP dès le premier jour. Très bonne pédagogie.
