- The concept of network programmability and software-defined networks (SDN).
- Smart network management solutions like (Cisco DNA Center, SD-Access and SD-WAN).
- Configuring IOS monitoring tools.
- Managing Cisco equipment.
3 Advanced wide-area network features
- Basic concepts of WAN and VPNs.
- How access control lists (ACLs) and their applications work.
- Configuring Internet access using DHCP (dynamic host configuration protocol) clients.
- Configuring network address translation (NAT).

- How the spanning tree protocol (STP) and rapid spanning tree protocol (RSTP) work.
- Configuring link aggregation using EtherChannel.
- Layer 3 redundancy protocols.

- Implementing routing
- Static routing: How it works, its benefits and limits.
- Describing, implementing, and verifying virtual local area networks (VLANs) and trunks.
- Applying and configuring inter-VLAN routing.
- Basics of dynamic routing protocols, components and functions of Open Shortest Path First (OSPF).
6 Internet v4 and v6 connectivity
- The Internet TCP/IP layer, IP v4, addressing plans and subnets.
- The TCP/IP layer (transport and application).
- Basic routing and configuration functions on a Cisco router.
- Host-to-host communications on switches and routers.
- Identifying and solving common problems in switched networks and IPv4-related problems.

Exam
Options
Certification : 340 € H.T.
CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate. This course includes the voucher needed to register for and take exam 200-301 from Cisco's partner, Pearson Vue.
The certification option comes in the form of a voucher or invitation that will allow you to take the exam at the end of the training course.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
