High-quality training, lots of enriching discussions – As I’m undertaking the certification programme, would it be possible for the upcoming sessions I need to attend to be delivered by the same trainer to ensure continuity? If some of the sessions are delivered by this trainer via distance learning, I may be able to adjust the training dates to suit my schedule.

A very engaging trainer and a great atmosphere within the group. The course covered a wealth of material, presented clearly, with plenty of practical examples to illustrate the theory; the three-day duration was just right for someone without an accounting background,

A very good trainer for all the new recruits. We could really see the difference compared to the first module. The training was well prepared, well organised, lively and well-paced. Could we have this trainer for the next modules, please?

I really enjoyed the training course, although the room was very hot and the presentation on the screen was difficult to read. It was indeed hard to make out the text. It would be better to use Teams for the presentation.

I'm moderately satisfied: the content is rich and well presented, but it doesn't match my profile. I think my experience would have been much better if there had been an introductory module or if it had been adapted for non-financial participants.

One of the prerequisites for this course was knowledge of accounting. Even so, we spent the first day of the course learning about general accounting. As a result, on the third day of the course we didn't have time for the real subjects of management control.
