Theoretical lessons and practical exercises to put the theory into practice. It might be worth reviewing, at the start of each new topic, where we are in the course cycle or the training programme.

Overall, a very satisfactory training course – well-structured and tailored to the challenges of project management. The content was clear and progressive. I now need to put the various tools into practice in my work in order to reap the full benefits. The trainer was dynamic and attentive, and enriched the course by sharing practical examples drawn from his own experience.

The course content is in line with the training programme. The delivery is dynamic and engaging, featuring examples and role-play exercises. We are given the opportunity to share our experiences and discuss the issues we face. I would recommend both the course and the teaching method.

The training course was very comprehensive and very well delivered. I now have the tools I need to carry out my projects successfully. One minor drawback, however: the exercises were based directly on the participants’ business contexts, which sometimes made them difficult to complete due to a lack of contextualisation. I would have preferred to work on fictional case studies, which are more neutral and easier to grasp.

I appreciated the overall content of the course, which clearly explained what a project is and proposed a practical methodology for managing it. One of the strong points was the support provided on risk management: the course clearly explained how to identify, analyse and deal with risks in a pragmatic way. I also took away practical tools and working methods that I'll be able to use in my assignments.
