La formatrice très compétente, un réel plaisir a l’écouter tout au long de ces deux journées. Les exemples retenus étaient pertinents, les dialogues des participants étaient enrichissants. Je n’hésiterai pas de promulguer cette formation qui est adaptée à tous. Un grand merci !
