- A smaller group size would foster group dynamics and interaction amongst participants. Shorten the training to a single day, focusing on methods, practical case studies and tools; combine the facilitation with videos to make the session more engaging and hold the participants’ attention

Marie Odile was brilliant over the two days; the course offered a very interesting perspective. The extensive practical work helped us to fully understand the different approaches, and the fact that there were just the three of us on the course meant it could be tailored to our needs.

An excellent training course combining theory and practice (which is vital for putting the theory into practice). Very well delivered, despite the large group and the remote setting.

I haven’t had a chance to look at the course materials yet, but everything else is very satisfactory, so I don’t think there’ll be any nasty surprises. Having a session with two participants is a real advantage when it comes to tackling our respective role-plays.

A very rewarding training course, delivered in a small group setting (two participants), which allowed for a highly personalised approach and plenty of discussion. This helped me feel at ease during the exercises and enabled me to work on practical issues relating to my job. The trainer was attentive, a great teacher and knew how to tailor the examples to our needs. I’ve come away with methods and tools that I can apply straight away in my day-to-day work. I’m delighted with this training course

The training materials could be more varied (videos, for example) to maintain momentum, particularly for distance learning. Furthermore, summary slides should be provided: learning relies on repetition and visual aids. To achieve a good balance between theory and practice, I believe the number of participants should be limited to seven. There were 11 of us, and the round-table discussions during each exercise took too long. The workshops lose their energy when there are too many people.

A very interesting training course in terms of content, with a very dynamic trainer, original exercises and plenty of practical application; the only downside was that the group was too large, which meant the exercises took too long and some participants did not get involved;

I would have liked to have seen more content on the creative process and its mechanisms, and less on 'dealing with others'.I'm a creative graphic designer and the title of the course suggested that it would be more creative-oriented.Despite this comment, I really enjoyed these two days, thank you Marie Dominique!
