Delivering a training course isn’t about reading slides out word for word in a sleep-inducing manner. There’s no explanation of concepts or putting them into context. Quite simply, the trainer doesn’t even know how to answer questions and isn’t even capable of completing all the exercises themselves!! It’s absolutely scandalous to charge €2,500 for three days of training of this standard!! We should be refunded. I think a day spent at home doing self-study would have been more constructive.

3 / 5

No introduction to the concepts, no practical scenarios, and no description of specific use cases with their pros and cons. No explanation of best practice. The trainer simply reads from the course materials, despite questions and requests for clarification. Unfortunately, they lack sufficient perspective to offer sound advice or highlight key points to bear in mind. The concepts are generally understood.

The content is interesting and the course materials are useful for gaining a deeper understanding of Azure Databricks. However, the pace was not quite right: some topics were only touched upon due to a lack of time, and there was not enough practical work in relation to the theory. The exercises could have been more practical. The trainer did not seem well prepared, and the delivery lacked interaction and clarity, which made it difficult to follow.
