  • Internal organization, tools and supports for identifying needs.

Identify the constituent parts of a contract

  • Mandatory documents depending on the type of contract.
  • The CCAP, CCTP, consultation rules and the acte d'engagement.
  • Adapting these documents to adapted procedures.

  • Draft administrative, financial and technical information.
  • Present the bid evaluation criteria.

Identify the most common errors in advertising notices.

Drawing up the specifications and CCTP

  • Reconciling technical watch and equal treatment.
  • Propose a technical response framework to facilitate candidates' proposals.

  • The need for interdependence between SCC and SCCP.
  • Clauses relating to the price and duration of the contract.
