I liked the fact that the framework was not too rigid, which encouraged me to bring in my own cases and enrich the discussions.

I don't think the training is necessarily suited to our sector. I would have preferred to have learnt things that were more in line with our tutoring at CARSAT, so that we didn't have to do all the administrative stuff as described in the first half-day. Talking about communication is a good thing, but perhaps more practical work would be more representative and would give the group a dynamic. Perhaps we could create some educational wake-up calls at lunchtime and in the afternoon.

Very interesting course with quality content, but in my opinion a lot of time was spent on the psychological aspect on the first day. I would have liked to have had a bit more software/tools/support that would have served as a basis for monitoring and training the learner.

+ : Very good trainer who has solid knowledge and likes to share, pleasant- : A lot of time spent on psychology and general communication terms (maslow, assertiveness, profile types, etc.) and lack of concrete points/tips, in my opinion, to follow the trainees (e.g. regular check-ups so as not to forget: put them in the diary with the points to be covered and the necessary tools, etc.).
