A very interesting topic, but there’s a lot of theory – the exercises are essential. In my opinion, the format could certainly be shortened to pick up the pace.

A very satisfying working environment with three participants, which allowed for plenty of practical exercises. A very dynamic coach who was attentive to our needs, and plenty of hands-on practice thanks to the small group size.

I realised that I already knew a lot of things from previous training courses. It gave me a refresher course and putting it into practice is always a good exercise. The support was a bit light: I would have liked more examples of questions and to go into more detail. I liked the trainer's approach, her smile, her motivation and her explanations.
