An interesting training course with an engaging trainer who knows how to put participants at ease. I wasn’t sure the online format would be suitable, but in the end, the course went well.

The content was both comprehensive and practical, with a good balance between theory (sales methodology, argumentation, handling objections) and practical exercises. The examples used were close to our daily lives, which made it easy for me to project myself into my customer meetings.

There were a lot of expectations,We tackled some 'pseudo-scientific' theories that put me off and that I don't endorse.Nevertheless, I was able to put a name to things that I had been doing unconsciously.Nevertheless, the trainer managed to make a distance learning course with 10 participants interactive.

The trainer's performance was of a high standard, which translates into a high level of satisfaction with these aspects. However, I have more reservations about the interest of the content and the way it is described in the course description. It would have been good to give the course and its content a more realistic title: introduction to sales rather than mastering the fundamentals of sales. In short, I'm quite disappointed. Several participants also had the same observation.
