Provides an understanding of the Jira administration philosophy and its principles. Theoretical teaching too often boiled down to simply reading the slides ... expect more clear information on options or good administration practices. Introduction to agility of no interest to this course. The practical part is complicated in remote mode, too fast on certain aspects, without global reference with a common Jira instance. Documentation not up to date with

Apart from the access problems at the beginning of the session, it was a very good course, with a really good pace and format. Emmanuel kept us interested and involved through concrete, collaborative exercises.

Rich content, the main positive point being the practical exercises carried out during the course.

The support provided by the trainer wasn't really didactic, and there was a lack of clear diagrams showing the tree structure of the tool's settings. It's unfortunate that we spent the course training new users (on the basics) and little on the in-depth configuration of the tool.

I was happy to take this training course, but what was complicated for me was understanding the theoretical operation of the tool. What would have helped me was a diagram and exercises based on this diagram.

Thank you for refocusing your exercises around real-life examples, which helps to embed learning in real-life situations.

The content was good, but there was too much back and forth on certain subjects, which left participants feeling like they were wasting time. A questionnaire could be set up beforehand to check the level of the trainees. This training should be open to users who are used to Jira.
