Group brainstorming, contextualized scenarios, decision simulation exercises, co-construction workshops.
Course schedule
1 Identify the impact of AI on management
- Identify the key transformations of AI on managerial functions
- Anticipating the ethical and human challenges of AI
- Evaluate the time saved/value added on various tasks (meetings, reporting, project follow-up, etc.).
Hands-on work
Collective mind map based on a real-life AI transformation case.
Analysis of a business case, group identification of the impact of AI on the manager's role.
2 Putting AI to work in decision support
- Integrate AI into your decision-making process: analysis, prioritization, simulation, objectives...
- Writing a quality prompt for a complex decision
- Identify the limits of AI in sensitive decisions (human, strategic)
Hands-on work
Role-playing game "AI advisor or AI trap?". In sub-groups, simulations of decisions to be made with the help of a prompt-generated "AI assistant".
3 Mobilizing artificial and human intelligence to serve the collective
- Clarify human/IA roles in team activities
- Choosing the right AI tools for your team and objectives
- Collective intelligence and AI: leading AI-enhanced meetings, assessments, brainstorming...
- Improve meeting and meeting minutes
Hands-on work
Mission IA team design (sub-groups, creation of an ideal hybrid team). Each group receives a team profile and must design its "augmented version" (roles, tools, routines, adhesion levers).
4 Managing projects with AI
- Using AI to plan and allocate project tasks
- Automate follow-up and reporting (e-mail, summary, tasks)
- Generate visual reports with AI tools (Gamma, Beautiful.AI, Power BI + GPT)
Hands-on work
AI mini-sprint (pair) Scenario: each participant chooses a project management task to be automated or optimized with AI and produces a simple deliverable.
5 Integrating AI into a key management project
- Choose a management process to be transformed (e.g. meeting, onboarding, objective monitoring...)
- Rethinking human/IA roles in this context
- Evaluate expected gains (time, efficiency, quality, motivation)
Hands-on work
IA Express project (process sheet + IA action plan). Based on actual practice (meeting, onboarding, follow-up, etc.), formalize a ready-to-use AI version with role allocation + tools.
6 Building your augmented management strategy with AI
- Identify managerial processes to be transformed by AI
- Defining AI priorities and transformation objectives
- Anticipating resistance
- Formalize your enhanced managerial vision
Hands-on work
Each participant completes a 4-quadrant compass (vision, priorities, levers, obstacles), then shares it with his or her peers.

- Beaucoup/trop de temps sur la création d’un agent/bot IA, alors qu’une grande majorité de l’assistance n’était pas en mesure de créer un agent IA.- Beaucoup de temps de discussions transversales, certes très intéressantes, mais du coup ne traite pas toutes les pratiques (exercices prévus), donc voir des fois pour se recentrer.

The experts leading the training are specialists in the covered subjects. They have been approved by our instructional teams for both their professional knowledge and their teaching ability, for each course they teach. They have at least five to ten years of experience in their field and hold (or have held) decision-making positions in companies.
ASSESSMENT TERMS
The trainer evaluates each participant’s academic progress throughout the training using multiple choice, scenarios, hands-on work and more.
Participants also complete a placement test before and after the course to measure the skills they’ve developed.
TERMS AND DEADLINES
Registration must be completed 24 hours before the start of the training.
