The content is excellent, but the slides are rather dense and could do with some visuals. That said, everything is explained very clearly during the session. It might be worth having the slides available on the day of the training so that we can make notes on them, otherwise

Interesting with the problems encountered by participants, 'life my life' sessions help to understand management. The tests that we can apply directly to our teams are very good. The theoretical part or visuals for the different generations and their behaviour would be more.

The content is easy to understand. I particularly liked the teaching method used. The dialogue, the study of precise, concrete facts. Simply by the facts.

Thank you for this targeted support adapted to our situations, thank you for the climate of benevolence, for my part, an awareness that will take its course without which no theoretical tool could have borne fruit. Valérie's empathy regarding the difficulty of our situations is a precious foundation for anchoring all the theories and solutions evoked for dealing with difficult personalities.

Very interesting training. I'm going to continue my efforts and develop my self-esteem in order to protect myself more emotionally. The concept of the circle of powerlessness will be beneficial to me as several situations seem to go beyond my scope of intervention.
