A trainer with a wealth of knowledge, but organisational issues and a lack of time for this training course

A better balance between theory and practice would have been more appropriate for subjects that are so complex to grasp.

The trainer has such extensive knowledge of the subject that the time allocated to each topic ended up encroaching on the practical workshops. In fact, I am frustrated that we were unable to complete the full programme planned for this training session. The trainer remained fully available to assist participants whenever necessary. Given the content of this training course, it would seem appropriate to offer it over a longer period so that the full programme can be completed.

3 / 5
A training course that would require an extra day. A trainer who is (too?) knowledgeable about the subject. The theory is necessary but goes into too much detail, which means the practical part suffers as a result.

The training content was of a very high standard. The trainer was excellent: a skilled teacher, approachable and highly knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated the clarity of the explanations and the quality of the discussions.

This course would need more than four days to cover all the theory and get to grips with the practical aspects.
