As I started out as an after-sales technician with only experience as a key user on an ERP migration project, I really had to dig deep. A 460-page course and multiple-choice test to get through in three days – when you’re new to the subject – is a massive task... However, with a lot of mind-mapping (an extra four hours a day), I managed to keep up. For the other students who already had a BA, I imagine it was easier. Jérôme is brilliant, and I’m impressed that he managed to keep up that pace for

The answer keys provided on myOrsys did not correspond to the exam we sat. The mock exams that had been prepared and printed had the answers visible. To sit the mock exams in the right conditions, we had to download the resources onto our laptops. We wouldn’t have been able to attend the course properly if we hadn’t brought our own equipment.

Interesting. It’s a shame that the delay we’ve fallen behind in means we’ll have to skip the questions at the end of the chapter.

I haven't taken the exam yet but I thought the preparation was good.

Good training to prepare for certification. Too little time to deal with the more concrete/field aspects of requirements engineering, which is a shame.

Course too dense, we continued the course on the day of the certification exam, then started the correction of the mock exam which was done very quickly, no time to assimilate the course, tired for the exam, only 30 min rest before the exam.

I found that the 2 and a half days of training were far too short to give me enough time to assimilate the material. The trainer went very quickly, skipping over certain slides. Above all, the trainer's course material was completely useless. We couldn't read what he was writing live on a piece of paper. It was just the first few letters of each word, in doctor's handwriting.

Very good, perhaps a little more time on the possible 'trick' questions in the exam but it was good.

I'm still frustrated by the fact that SILO IREB is very IT and software oriented and not generic enough towards Systems Engineering.

Very interesting course and very good trainer: just need to rebalance the organisation a little so as not to rush the last sessions, just before the exam (not ideal assimilation). The exam at 4 p.m. on the last day is a bit tough (tiredness that doesn't allow you to be very fresh to decode the questions, which are sometimes presented in a complex way).

The content was adapted for the IREB foundation level, but the time spent was not the same for each sequence. I would also have expected a complete, corrected case study: the few examples on ATMs covered only part of the principles.
