Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Understanding the process for executing expenditure and revenue in hospitals and nursing homes
Carry out various year-end closing tasks
Understanding the specific features of the projected statement of income and expenditure (EPDR)
Financial analysis of EPDR

Accountants, assistant accountants and anyone involved in the administrative management or preparation of a healthcare facility.

Control the execution of expenses and revenues

  • Discover the expenditure budget execution process
  • Knowing the different commitments and revenue titles
  • Understanding the "service fait" procedure
  • Understanding liquidation and mandating
  • Getting to grips with electronic invoicing: the "Chorus pro" platform
  • Record revenue received before vouchers are issued: statement P503
  • Transmit revenue vouchers and have them processed by the accountant

Estimated statement of revenue and expenditure (EPRD)

  • EPDR: from cash flow statement to cash position
  • Analyze the projected cash flow statement (TFP), working capital (FR) and the EPRD's "ideal path".
  • Determining how to monitor and manage a facility's budget
  • Understand the mechanisms of the budget calendar and the different budget authorizations
  • Discover the architecture of the EPRD: the projected income statement (CRP) and cash flow (CAF)
Hands-on work
Using an EPDR document, read the revenues and expenses of a facility.

  • Draw up a financial analysis of the income statement
