I appreciated the quality of the content and the resources we were able to take away with us.However, I’m left feeling frustrated that we weren’t able to share our mutual experiences with the other participants sufficiently to help us develop in our roles: discussing our challenges and drawing on collective wisdom. We were very pressed for time, and there wasn’t scope to exchange ideas more freely.

The training materials look a bit dated, but fortunately the trainer keeps us up to date. The trainer is very pleasant and friendly, which is really appreciated. I felt we spent far too much time on the basics of the Scrum Guide at PSM1 level (almost 1.5 days out of 2) and less on PSM2 topics and practising for the certification exam. The start was a bit tedious, and I feel we weren’t sufficiently prepared for the certification as a t

There were a few typos in the training material, and in one of the questionnaires we were marked wrong even though we’d given the correct answers. The trainer was excellent: their precise use of terminology and clear explanations were really appreciated.

2 days, that's still concentrated and more use cases would have been a plus.

There are certain difficulties in discussing a subject with the trainer in relation to the true reality of the principles taught. I would have liked a little more open-mindedness on certain issues rather than systematically going back over the Scrum Guide. The training remains correct and interesting. It reminds us of a lot of the basics and reminds us that some real-life practices aren't good either.

I would have liked to have seen more complex scenarios, with sometimes problems concerning the developers, but sometimes problems outside the developers. As for the documentation, too much powerpoint reading without schema.Another point not directly related to this training: I'm often very curious about the feedback from other participants. These are discussions that in a face-to-face setting you'd have to take a break from.

Very interesting course. The speaker was a great teacher, and the balance between theory and practice was very good. The fact that we started with discussions and practice, and then came back to the theory to enrich it, was particularly interesting. The support materials were a real plus for confirming concepts that had already been mastered and shared beforehand.

I found the content clear, structured and relevant. The explanations were accessible and illustrated with concrete examples, which made them easier to understand. The teaching method used allowed me to follow the reasoning step by step, maintaining a good balance between theory and practice. The approach was interactive and really encouraged learning.

That's all well and good. Except that, in my opinion, the time given is too short to cover everything, including doing several mock exams.

Alain is very attentive to the needs of each individual, and knows how to pass on his knowledge, both with a view to certification and to real-life application in the workplace.
