This course enables you to deepen your knowledge of the organization of the State and the public sector. In particular, you will learn to identify the roles, composition, responsibilities and operating methods of the main public institutions and local authorities.


Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Basic knowledge of constitutional law
Understand the workings of the State, administrations and local authorities
Identify the main prospects for the development of various public institutions
Distinguishing between private sector and public service

Intended audience
Local elected representatives, public-sector employees and managers, and anyone wishing to work with government agencies and operators.

  • Public establishments: EPAs, EPICs, communities and public companies.
  • The three civil services: state, regional and hospital.
