Florence is an extremely competent trainer who delivers her courses very effectively and encourages us to reflect on our understanding of the topics through thought-provoking exercises. This helps enormously with memorisation and learning. This training course also helps us to put the way we currently manage our projects into perspective. The only downside, in my view, is that an extra day’s training would be necessary, as the subject matter is very dense and would benefit from

Very interesting, but the training could have been a bit longer; two days is a bit tight. But the trainer knows her subject inside out. The course materials and the trainer were top-notch!!
