Although I was already familiar with most of the tools presented, this training course provided real added value thanks to the exchange of experiences between participants and the many points for reflection that were raised. The quality of the delivery was also a highlight: relevant clarifications, practical scenarios and the trainer’s exemplary application of her own advice, which reinforced the credibility and impact of the messages conveyed.

Thank you to Carine for her enthusiasm. The exercises are well-suited to the subject. The practical examples allow us to put what we’ve learnt into practice and help us remember it better. The many tips and best practices will be helpful going forward.

The plusses: the tools presented and the practical applications (in particular CODEV + SONCASE)The minuses: reminding participants at the beginning of the course of the objectives of the course and what is going to be presented (even if the programme can be adapted according to the knowledge of the participants :-))

Slides of poor quality: unclear structure (no table of contents, not necessarily logical order of slides, no headings/key messages), mistakes, truncated words, illustrations of poor quality, etc.Case studies too long, some could have been done in brainstorming: more interactive and livelyI would have liked to spend more time on managing requests during the project and customer frustration, we spent 5 minutes on this at the end of the course
