Teaching objectives
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
Understand the basic concepts and components of data protection
Understanding the content of general data protection regulations
Understanding the role of protection authorities
Know the legal framework of the RGPD and its scope of application
Understand the different stages of compliance and the steps to follow
Identify compliance tools
Implement a compliance action plan

Intended audience
Data Protection Officers, IT Departments, HR Departments, lawyers, anyone involved in the design of projects dealing with personal data.

Prerequisites
No special knowledge required.

Certification
DiGiTT® certification is optional when you register for this training course, and consists of 3 stages: taking a Diag® before the course, access to a digithèque to learn the concepts and notions for each digital skill, and then taking the certification exam. This consists of a 90-minute test available in English and French. The result certifies your skill level out of 1000 points (beginner, intermediate, advanced, expert). Taking this course alone is not enough to guarantee a maximum score on the exam. You can schedule and take the exam online within 4 weeks of the start of your session.returnchariot

The afternoon's content was deployed too quickly, given the density of the information to be provided by the trainer. A 2-day course would be more appreciated, to provide more time on certain points and add more concrete case studies.
