  • Identify the stakes involved in user relations in the administration, and the justifications for such a project.
  • Facilitate work between different departments.
  • Establish a plan to achieve operational objectives.
  • Position the individual and collective continuous improvement process.

  • Identify the role of each player (General Management, Business Units, Agents).

  • Think about the functions to be provided by each space: front office/back office/recreation areas.
  • Responding to waiting times.
  • Integrate development into an intelligent building dynamic.
