There was a lot of theory and not much practical work; the facilitation was excellent during the workshops but rather monotonous when it came to the theoretical content (a lot of reading from the handouts). Thank you for sharing your knowledge and answering our questions; it remains to be seen how this translates into practice.

The training materials were not entirely up to date (translation issues, incorrect spelling of basic concepts – for example, ‘keizen’ instead of ‘kaizen’ – and the reversal of the meanings of certain NVA and NNVA concepts in the definitions). The rest of the training went well, although perhaps a little too much time was spent on the SIPOC.

It’s quite a challenge. But thank you to the trainer, who runs the course really well.
