In addition to its extensive catalogue, the many face-to-face and distance learning sessions available and the commercial efforts made to reduce prices, I would say that ORSYS' strength lies in the quality of its customer service a dedicated consultant who knows my organisation, my habits, my needs, my constraints and, above all who makes himself available, listens, is flexible and informs me about the financing levers to activate. I can't find this investment anywhere else. Nothing to say... Just thank you!

The project
Training IT consultants by capitalising on financial mechanisms
The need
Supporting our consultants' skills development in IT, Lean and personal development. We do this by capitalising on available funding.
I discovered ORSYS during a previous professional experience. I was particularly impressed by the quality of their offer and their services.
When I had to carry out my first training project in my new company, I immediately contacted my consultant, as well as competing organisations, to validate the relevance of my choice with my new management.
Their efficient responses to every one of my requests and the positive feedback from the staff they have trained mean that I can continue to work with them, and I'm delighted!
Project progress
I can tell you about two recent experiences with ORSYS:
- two in-house sessions organised remotely on interpersonal communication to enable teams to work together despite the health context.
- and inter-company enrolments for IT courses, all carried out at the ORSYS centre in Strasbourg.
In both cases, the set-up went very smoothly and followed the same process: I sent my request to my dedicated consultant and received a proposal with the financing solution for which my organisation is eligible.
And in both cases the feedback has been very positive, both on the content of the course and on the organisation :
- an ideal city-centre location
- good support
- and special attention to ensure that everything goes smoothly (e.g. adapting the meal for an employee suffering from food intolerances).
She helped me to complete the dossier and to readjust the schedule of sessions according to the availability of the teams (including employees based on the other side of the planet!).
